How do I book a ride?
You can book 24/7 through our website’s online portal, by downloading our mobile app,
or by calling our dispatch at (416)834-8186 from 9M-5PM 7 days a week.
How far in advance do I need to book?
24 hours in advance for standard trips and 48 hours for airport transfers.
However, we can often accommodate on-demand requests based on vehicle availability.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Corporate accounts can be set up for monthly invoicing.
Is the quoted price all-inclusive, or are there hidden fees?
Yes, the price we quote is all-inclusive. It covers the fare, tolls, airport fees;
a driver tip is at your discretion.There are no hidden charges.
What types of vehicles do you offer?
Our fleet consists of sedans, executive SUVs, and passenger vans for larger groups
What is your service area?
We serve the entire Greater Toronto Area, including downtown, all major airports (Pearson YYZ, Billy Bishop YTZ),
and surrounding regions like Mississauga, Vaughan, and Durham, York and most of Simcoe region.
Service to Pearson YYZ from Kingston and Ottawa, as well as Kingston or Ottawa to Montreal YUL is also offered.
How many passengers and how much luggage can your vehicles accommodate?
The number of passengers and luggage depends on the vehicle. A sedan or standard SUV can hold up to 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases. An executive SUV or passenger van can hold up to 6 passengers and 6 large suitcases
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We actively monitor all flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed or arrives early,
we automatically adjust your pickup time at no extra charge.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
For pickups at Pearson Airport (YYZ), your driver will meet you at the pre-arranged limousine area.
For Terminal 1, this is at Door A. For Terminal 3, it is at Post 29.
Your driver will contact you via text upon your arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge.
No refund can be offered for cancellations made within 12 hours of the pick up time.
Are pets allowed in your vehicles?
Only certified service animals with documents may travel in our vehicles.
